• By registering for the Refreshathon, you agree to abide by the official rules and regulations of the event.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to register for the Refreshathon.
• You are solely responsible for your safety and security during the Refreshathon, and neither the event organizer nor our partners and sponsors will be held accountable.
• You are responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the Refreshathon.
• If you have any respiratory or medical issues, we suggest that you consider running the refreshathon only if it is within your capability and with your doctor's approval.
• You must not cheat or attempt to gain an unfair advantage during the Refreshathon.
• You are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Refreshathon.
• The event organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the official rules and regulations of the Refreshathon.
• The event organizers reserve the right to change the date, time, price or location of the Refreshathon at any time.
• The event organizers are not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred as a result of participating in the Refreshathon.
• The event organizers reserve the right to cancel the Refreshathon at any time.
• By registering for the Refreshathon, you agree to allow the event organizers to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes.
• By registering for the Refreshathon, you agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers from any and all claims, losses, damages, or injuries incurred as a result of participating in the Refreshathon.

• By registering for the Refreshathon, you give your consent to Refreshathon and Stuboard to contact you regarding their products and services and refreshathon event updates. You also permit Stuboard to store your information for future communication purposes.
• Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those websites before providing any personal information.
• We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in organizing our event, such as email providers, payment processors, and event partners and sponsors.

Refund Policy

• All users who want to participate in our refreshathon event should pay the registration fee, whatever the plan they choose. This fee is non-refundable.
• The only exception to the non-refundable policy is if a user has accidentally paid for the same plan twice with the same user information. In this case, the user may request a refund for the second payment.
• How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, the user must contact us at events@stuboard.com within 10 days of the original purchase. The user must provide proof of purchase and the reason for the refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the receipt of the refund request. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Changes to these Policies

We reserve the right to update or make changes to these terms and policies at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will become effective immediately upon posting.
